Submit a Volunteer Opportunity
Announcements regarding volunteer opportunities may be sent
to the webmaster for listing on
the volunteer page.
Keep announcements brief (no more than 1-2 paragraphs) and to the point.
Make sure to include a contact names and e-mail address. List a phone
numbers only if you do not mind it being publicized. For time-sensitive
events, please allow 2 weeks for announcements to be listed.
Other Ways to Announce Volunteer Opportunities
Newsletter
You can submit announcements for The Chalice, our monthly newsletter by
one of three methods.
• E-mail the text to
newsletter@uusharon.org.
• Copy the text onto a floppy disk (PC) and drop off at the church
office.
• Mail or drop off a legible hard copy at the church office.
Deadline for submission is the third Thursday of every month with mailing
taking place the following week.
Bulletin Boards
Each committee has its own bulletin board space downstairs in the vestry.
Contact the appropriate committee
if you have something you’d like to post.
