Let’s Laugh Today 7pm (AB)

An event every month that begins at 6:30 pm on day Fourth of the month, repeating until June 30, 2020
Any age and any level of physical ability can participate in this uplifting experience! Enjoy this unique exercise of simulated laughter combined with gentle breathing that brings more oxygen to the body’s cells. This oxygen boost gives enhanced vitality, energy and a feeling of real well-being. You can sit or stand. There are no postures or poses. There will be special guests this month from a new training group! Please bring your water bottle because laughing can be dehydrating.
