Whole, Holy, Hole-y

Preacher: Reverend Jolie Olivetti | It’s a new year, with the promise of a fresh start, a chance to make resolutions and fix what’s amiss with ourselves. But aren’t we always in process, always hurting, always healing, always messy, always whole in our brokenness? This morning we will embrace the things that make us unique as the beautiful gifts they are.
The readings this morning are from Waking Up White by Debby Irving and from “Remember” a poem by Joy Harjo.
The closing words are from “Sonnets To Orpheus” by Rainer Maria Rilke.
