Social Justice

The Social Justice Committee of the Unitarian Church of Sharon creates energy for social action by offering opportunities for action and education to foster the ethical and spiritual growth of people of all ages. We create a culture of activism to make the world a better place. We invite you to join us as we work to:

  • Create an awareness of social justice issues within our congregation and in the larger community;
  • Offer members and friends the opportunity to financially support local, national and international organizations;
  • Create opportunities for group participation in local and international service projects; and
  • Support legislation and activism to promote social justice.
